BHA and BHNZ Updates

Two standalone programs run each night (during the contest season) at 0200 AEST or 0200 NZST (as appropriate) and update the contests database directly from HarmonySite.

These programs both run on the central server and there is no access to them for anybody other than the server administrator. And email is sent, however, to the appropriate CAs so that the system is being monitored.

Note that changes made on either the BHA or BHNZ websites are not reflected in the contests database until the next day. Updates only occur with current (active) members and current (active) choruses and quartets.

Note also, that for national conventions, these update programs will also download delegate registrations for the BHA, BHNZ or a PanPac convention.
