CERTIFYING THE ENTRY
The next screen asks you, as the quartet representative, to make a number of certifications on behalf of the ensemble and to electronically sign the entry.
Read carefully, put a tick next to each certification line if what you are asked is correct. Enter you name and the date at the bottom and click Agree to continue to Submit the entry.
